The title of the book is ‘Paschimanchal Bikas Chhetraka Magar Samudayama Prachalit Lokgit Nrityako Vartaman Avastha ra Chunautiharu’ written by Min Shris and published by Magar Studies Center, Kathmandu. It is in Nepali language. The book was launched by the renowned poet and President of Nepali Folklore Society, professor Tulasi Diwas on the occasion of 7^th Anniversary Day of Magar Studies Centre which was held in WDTC Jawalakhel on January 30, 2010.

This book is based on field research and focused on contemporary changes and present situations of folk song and dance of Magar community of western Development Region. It is valuable and worth reading.
